This spectacular house is situated within 17 acres of beautiful
Boxley downs country side, and overlooks Boxleys 12th Century Church.
Built in the 17th Century, Boxley House was first owned by Lord Romney.
Inhabited by his three sisters, the house stayed within the family for nearly
a century.
In the early 1800’s, the house was owned by the Styles family who
together with the Winch’s family were a famous brewing partnership.
The Styles family where known to have lived at the House until the late
1950’s.
The house then became a Hotel in the early 1960’s, and later became
the residence of the Boxley Country Club. In the present day, the House
has new inhabitors, the European School of Osteopathy.
